Step 1: Add an Embed Element
- Open your page in the Webflow Designer
- Click the + button to add an element
- Search for "Embed" under Components
- Drag the Embed element where you want the form
Step 2: Paste the Embed Code
Double-click the embed element and paste:

Click Publish and your form is live. You won't see it in the Designer preview, but it will appear on your published site.
